This position is responsible for:
1. Identifying and mitigating IT Risks
2. Implement IT Processes, Standards and best practices
3. Ensuring IT Compliance, Consistency and Continuity
4. Managing Internal and External IT Audits and ensuring timely closure of all IT Audits issues
5. Reviewing IT Contract and Agreements Implement Process Governance (IT P&P, Regulatory Guidelines, IT Audits, Process Documentation, SLA, IT Agreements, Deviations, etc)
6. Implement Security Governance (Security Assessment/Review, Risk Management, Security Initiative, etc)
7. Reporting Progress of implementation of IT Governance, IT P&P and QA

To be successful, you should:
* Min 5 years experiences in the same field, advantage in Finance/Banking/Capital Market.
* Graduated from S1 in Information Technology / Computer Science related.
* Fluency in English both spoken and written
* Good presentation, communication and influencing skills for effective stakeholder/staff engagement
IT Application Support Officer (IT-Supp) Jakarta
This position is responsible for:
1. Providing day to day application support to business users and back office users.
2. Providing support to internal and external users in the area of IT Operation, especially in application by analyzing and providing IT web/desktop application support/solution.
3. Provide report requirements, support and ad-hoc reports to relevant IT Team
4. Assisting users in UAT & Production
To be successful, you should:
* Graduated from D3 or S1 in Information Technology/ Computer Science related.
* Minimum 2 years experience in MS SQL, including building stored procedures, windows based client server, Sun System (advantage).
* Knowledge and experience in IT Capital Market, especially Remote Trading, Internet Trading System and DMA would be an advantage.
* Willing to work on night shift and able to work independently and as well as in a team

This position is responsible for:
1. Supervise and manage project resources (Personnel, Hardware, etc)
2. Resolve project issue and control project scope main
3. Work closely with business users and vendors to organize, plan and track the implementation
To be successful, you should:
* Ability to manage people, time and resources
* More than 5-6 years project manager experience in IT
* Knowledge of requirements of the relevant internal procedures as well as legislation
* Good client/vendor handling ability
* Knowledge and experience in IT Capital Market, especially Remote Trading, Internet Trading System and DMA would be an advantage.
* Understand software design lifecycle
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational and problem solving abilities
* Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills
