Operations Officer for Papua

General Requirements:

* Master Degree (S2) in sociology, political science, economics, anthropology, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in Indonesia, preferably with project management experience
* Previous work experience in Papua/West Papua highly desirable;
* Knowledge of/experience with World Bank policies, procedures, and operational activities desirable;
* Strong organizational capacity and demonstrated leadership skills, proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams;
* Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, internally and externally;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and tactfully to a variety of audiences;
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
* Willingness to travel frequently to rural and extremely remote areas of Papua.
