HRGA Staff – Bakrie Connectivity
JOB SUMMARY:
* Work on HR administration including entry and make data recapitulation related with HR matters
* Prepare and post job advertisement, paper screening selection, arrange the interviews, and administrative works
* Assist in recruitment and selection process including but not limited to conduct and scoring psychological test result
* Assist New Employee Arrival preparation including communicate with related department and give assistance to new employee
* Monitor General Affair day to day activities
* Assist and prepare events or gathering related to employee
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree from any major from reputable university, preferably from psychology
* Having experience maximum 2 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
* Strong interest in administrative works and attention to detail
* Good communication in English both written and oral
* Excellent interpersonal skill
